Which versions of Minecraft are supported by the bot?

The bot currently supports Minecraft Java versions 1.8.* to 26.1.*.
We aim to support all versions starting from 1.8. However, please note that updates may take some time after new Minecraft releases to update our AFK Client/Console Client.

Will the bots continue to run if my PC is turned off?

Yes! The bot operates on our servers, so there is no need to run anything on your personal computer. The bots will remain online 24/7 until you decide to stop them.

Is the bot compatible with all Minecraft servers?

The bot is compatible with all Minecraft servers, including both Offline (cracked) and Online (premium) servers. For premium servers, Minecraft accounts are required, while cracked servers can be accessed with just a username list.
Note: Minecraft Realms are not supported at this time.

Does the bot support Minecraft Java, Bedrock, and Pocket Edition?

Currently, we only support Minecraft Java Edition. Support for Bedrock and Pocket Edition may be added in the future, but there is no confirmed release date.

Can the bot connect to modded servers?

At present, the bot does not support modded servers (e.g., Forge, Fabric, mod packs). However, we plan to add support for these servers in the future.

Can I use account generators?

We have direct integration with TheAltening, allowing you to seamlessly use their provided accounts. Normal account generator, and cookie account generators also work.

Is there a trial available?

We do not offer a trial system. However, we do have a refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the bot, you can receive a full refund. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

Is this better than console client?

Our bot combines console client functionality with additional features like TheAltening integration, advanced automation, and a user-friendly interface. While traditional console clients focus on locally hosted AFK capabilities, our solution provides more flexibility and features while maintaining an easy to use web UI.

Will using OQMineBot get my account banned?

Whether automation is allowed depends entirely on the server you connect to. Many private SMPs and community servers permit AFK clients, while large networks such as Hypixel explicitly prohibit any automation that gains an in-game advantage. We strongly recommend reading each server's rules and using alt accounts rather than your main. Our cloud client is built to behave like a real player and integrates advanced pathfinding and anti-AFK behaviour, but no bot can guarantee you won't be actioned on servers that forbid automation.

What's the difference between Basic, Pro+ and Ultimate+?

Basic ($7.99/mo) covers a single managed bot with every plugin included. Pro+ ($11.99/mo) adds more concurrent bots and higher limits for power users. Ultimate+ ($16.99/mo) unlocks the highest bot count plus team features so you can invite team members to manage instances together. How does cloud hosting differ from running the bot locally?

With cloud hosting your bots run on our infrastructure 24/7, so they stay connected whether your PC is on or off, don't consume your home bandwidth or electricity, and never expose your real IP to the target server. Running a console client locally ties the bot's uptime to your own machine and connection. You manage everything from the browser-based dashboard either way.
